aida ads is a small performance agency in Amsterdam. You talk to the person doing the work: in a weekly meeting, by phone when it helps, and in a shared chat. That’s how we like to work.

Verdi van der Steege
Years of hands-on marketing experience, in advertiser accounts from start-up to corporate. Every channel, every campaign type, every creative format, tested and improved in practice. Verdi started aida ads in 2023 to offer what he missed himself: practical advice, close contact, and someone who really gets to know your business.
We keep the team small so we can stay close to you. We look at the accounts we manage every day, anything that needs attention is in the chat that same day, and nothing changes in your budget without your approval.

Practical over theoretical. We’d rather show you what we did this week than present another strategy.
Clear numbers. Every claim comes with a figure and a period. If we don’t have the figure, we say so. Also on this website.
Simplify before you expand. Often an account improves most by switching a few things off, rather than adding another campaign.
Judged on results. We’d rather be judged on what your account did in the months after we started than on awards.
Why we started
A good plan only counts once it shows in your account.
If you’ve worked with an agency before, you may recognise it: a polished presentation, a metric that went up, and still the question of what it meant for your revenue. And the larger the team, the further you can feel from the person actually working on your account.
That’s why we set up aida ads differently. One person you can call. One clear number to judge the work on. And most of our time spent in your account, rather than in meetings about it.
