In short
You only leave data with us when you fill in the contact form or email us. We use it to answer you. No newsletter, no sales sequence, no selling it on. The site itself only sets what it needs to work; anything beyond that waits for your choice in the cookie banner.

Only put in your question what we need. Passwords and login details don't belong there. We sort out access to your accounts later, through the platforms themselves.
What we don't do with it
- No newsletter and no sales emails, unless you ask for them.
- No selling, renting or sharing it for someone else's marketing.
- No profiling and no automated decisions about you.
Where your data is
The site runs on WordPress and Elementor, hosted by Strato in Germany. When you fill in the contact form, your message is stored in our WordPress environment at Strato. We get a notification in our mailbox info@aida-ads.com, which is also hosted by Strato.
Strato processes your data only for us, and only for the purpose above. We have a data processing agreement with Strato for that. Beyond that we share nothing, unless the law requires us to.
Inside Europe
What you send through the form or by email stays in the European Union: at Strato in Germany. We don't pass it on to countries outside the EU. The one exception is the font files, which your browser fetches from Google Fonts; see “Cookies and external sources” below.
Cookies and external sources
The site shows a cookie banner (CookieYes). Without your consent it only sets the cookies it needs to work and to remember your choice. No ad pixels from Meta, LinkedIn or anyone else.
External sources the site loads: fonts from Google Fonts (your browser sends its IP address to Google when a font loads), the consent script from CookieYes, and Google Tag Manager. We are reviewing what runs through Tag Manager; until that review is done, decline in the banner if you don't want any measurement. Functional cookie: the CookieYes consent cookie that remembers your choice, 12 months.
If this changes. If we ever start measuring or advertising through this site, we'll update this statement first and ask for your consent beforehand. Saying no will be as easy as saying yes, and nothing gets set without your yes.
For clients
When we work in your ad accounts with personal data of your customers, such as audience lists or leads, we do that as a processor on your behalf. We sign a separate data processing agreement for that. This statement doesn't cover that data: your own privacy statement does.
Security
Only people who need your data can get to it. The site only works over an encrypted connection, and we keep WordPress and its plugins up to date. If something does go wrong with your data, we report it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and to you whenever the law requires it.
Your rights
You can:
- see what data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or completed;
- have it deleted;
- have its processing restricted;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- get your data in a common file format.
Email info@aida-ads.com. You'll get an answer within a month, usually much sooner. Sometimes we'll ask you to confirm you are who you say you are first. That way we don't hand your data to the wrong person.
Complaints
Not happy with how we handle your data? Tell us and we'll fix it. You can also go straight to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. If you live in another EU country, you can also complain to the authority there.
Changes
If anything changes in how we handle data, we update this page. The date of the latest version is always at the top.
